The agency was established by Chanda Nyirenda Tsoka, a dedicated healthcare professional whose career has been built on a genuine love for caring for others.

Chanda began her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from 2004 to 2007, where she developed a strong foundation in hands-on patient care. She then advanced her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from 2007 to 2010 before earning her Registered Nurse (RN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) credentials in 2010. With more than two decades of experience serving individuals in various healthcare settings, Chanda has remained committed to providing care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
